We use industry-standard software such as Intuit QuickBooks Online and other cloud-based tools to record transactions and generate basic reporting. We look to AI when it makes sense, and if doing otherwise would put our clients at a disadvantage—we are all about being ahead of the curve. Our human experts perform critical analyses and communicate results.

Expert Partnership

We do not charge more or require a higher-level package to provide phone and email support. Every client receives the support they need when they need it. We commit to a three-hour response time during regular business hours, including weekends when most support goes dark. CPA-quality services at non-CPA prices are hard to come by. bookkeepz delivers.

Scalable Solutions

We love working with small businesses, whether they have a headcount of one or twenty. Our services are designed to scale as our clients grow. We achieve this primarily through our tiered bookkeeping service packages and add-on services. Everything we do is customizable and tailored toward our clients’ needs now and in the future.

Meet the Leadership Team

Andrew Pizzello, CPA

Bookkeeping Director

Andrew brings 16 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and tax. He is a licensed CPA in North Carolina and a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. Having spent over five years at a CPA firm in the Mountain West, Andrew got his start in public accounting. From there, he worked at the University of Utah in multiple roles before joining an insurance company to round out his experience in public, non-profit, and corporate accounting. Andrew holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting from East Texas A&M University. When he’s not working, Andrew enjoys a good movie and a spur-of-the-moment trip to a scenic place.

Christopher Huffman

Lead Bookkeeper

Christopher is an Intuit QuickBooks Certified Bookkeeper and the leader of our bookkeeping team. He specializes in bookkeeping clean-up and catch-up projects. No engagement is too messy or complicated—Christopher loves a challenge, and he will meet the moment every single time. If there’s a better way to do something and technology can help, Christopher will harness its capabilities to improve efficiency and measurable outcomes wherever possible. Christopher is in his last year of a degree program in Accounting and Financial Services. When he’s not working, Christopher enjoys fitness, the fine arts, and cozying up to a good book.
